Ingredients
- 50ml Vanilla Vodka
- 50ml Passion Fruit Juice
- 25ml Passoa
- Juice From 1 Lime Wedge
- 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup
- Shot of Prosecco or Champagne Served on the Side
- Garnish With Half a Passion Fruit
Method
- Add the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake, shake, SHAKE!
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass

Douglas Ankrah, the founder of the popular cocktail, denies that he gave the drink its name to be deliberately provocative. Instead, Ankrah describes the cocktail as “a stylish and confident drink that’s pure indulgence, sexy, fun and evocative” and so the Pornstar Martini was born.
