Summer Reflection at Globetrotters Crazy Golf

As the summer draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been a fantastic summer season for us. As a small but growing mobile mini golf and games hire business based in Sussex, this summer has been filled with great events and memorable moments, from weddings and corporate party hires to another summer season at Tilgate Park. Here’s a look back at our highlights and a glimpse of what’s to come.

Elderflower Fields: A Record-Breaking Event

One of our standout events this year was Elderflower Fields. It turned out to be our most profitable event to date, with a brilliant atmosphere and an amazing crowd. This festival, centred around family fun and outdoor activities, was the perfect setting for our Odyssey course.

It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying themselves, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather or conditions. This event was a big win for Globetrotters, and we’re already planning how to build on this success for next year.

Consistent Success at Tilgate Park

Tilgate Park has been another strong performer for us throughout the summer, with steady turnout across the season.

The good weather helped bring in regular crowds, and it was fantastic to see so many people, including repeat customers, coming back to enjoy a round of mini golf. There’s particular satisfaction in seeing familiar faces returning for more, which has been a key part of our summer success.

The Icebreaker Course: A Popular Choice for Events

Our Icebreaker course has been in high demand this year, particularly for wedding hires in May. It’s become a unique feature at weddings, adding a fun and interactive element that guests love. Looking ahead, September is shaping up to be busy too, with numerous bookings for staff parties and corporate events. It’s great to see how much people enjoy the experience, and we’re already booking up quickly for 2025.

If you’re planning an event next year, we recommend getting in touch early to secure your date!

This summer, we were also thrilled to develop relationships with local establishments looking to increase footfall during the summer holidays. One standout collaboration was with National Trust Standen, where our Icebreaker 9-hole course was a big hit. It played a key role in boosting visitor numbers over a two-week period, adding an engaging activity for both families and individuals.

Looking Ahead: Returning to Camping World

As winter approaches, we’re excited about our upcoming return to Camping World with our Odyssey 9-hole crazy golf course for a festive pop-up that Horsham families are sure to love. Last year’s event was a standout for us, and we’re eager to build on that success. We’ve got a few new ideas in the works to keep things fresh and fun, and we can’t wait to deliver another fantastic experience for everyone attending.

GThanks for a Great Summer

It’s been a busy and rewarding summer, and we’re grateful to everyone who’s been part of it – from event organisers to those of you who came out to enjoy a round or two. As we look forward to the next chapter, we’re excited about what’s on the horizon and are ready to bring Globetrotters Crazy Golf to even more events, celebrations, and venues.

Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you for being part of our journey!
