We set up and opened our 9-hole crazy golf course on the 18th November and we have been blown away by the response! As our first indoor pop-up, we were not only excited to see the course within an interior space, but also to have it within a vibrant and busy place such as County Mall.
County Mall has around 90 stores, and we were so pleased to be able to secure a place within the late winter months till the New Year. Whether it’s people actively booking a slot through our website, or turning up for a game as they walk past, we have been so pleased with the amount of new faces we’ve met and the great scores on the course we’ve seen. We’ve welcomed families, friends, even colleagues who are looking for some fun throughout winter and get a little bit competitive.
It’s also been great to showcase our newest hole on the course which is all things Down Under! We’ve replicated the famous Sydney Opera House, and also a huge Shark at the end of the hole, so you can now travel to Australia as well as all of our other places on offer.
We’ve added loads of graffiti artwork to the unit to give it a fun and creative vibe, complete with funky neon lighting and disco ball!
Due to our course being indoor, this also meant that we could offer a Globetrotters Café for the first time, a perfect spot for your post game analysis. Serving up sweet treats, beer, festive hot cholate and fresh coffee this is a fab place to hang out and avoid the bustle of the shopping hoard.
If crazy golf isn’t your thing, then not to worry. Alongside our café, we are also delighted to be able to say that we have ping pong and foosball tables, so you can play whilst others are on the course or even instead of! We won’t judge. The two table sports have been a success already, and we’re looking forward to seeing even more people on the course and off it.
When and Where to Find us
We will be open every day from now until Saturday 31st December (with the exception of Christmas Day and Boxing Day).
Our term-time opening times are:
Monday – Wednesday: 12pm – 4pm
Thursday – Friday: 12pm – 6pm
Saturday: 10am – 6pm
Sunday: 10:30am – 4:30pm
From Monday 19th December, our opening times will be:
Monday – Thursday: 11am – 6pm
Friday – Saturday: 10am – 7pm
Sunday: 10:30am – 4:30pm
We are located on the top floor of the mall, at the back opposite the top floor of Primark (next to the old Debenhams Unit). This is our address: Unit 79 – 80, County Mall Shopping Centre Crawley Sussex RH10 1FP. The mall is situated in the middle of Crawley Town Centre and is next to Crawley train station and the bus station.
