Globetrotters Golf is coming to Crawley!

School is out for summer, YAY!!!

Well that is what everyone says at first, but picture this, it’s the second week of summer holidays and you have run out of ideas to entertain your little ones. You’ve seen everything at the cinema, been on approximately 17629380 walks and done more arts and crafts than ever before (we won’t even mention cleaning up glitter).

Fear not, we have an announcement that will be music to your ears. We are taking our mini golf course to Crawley, and doing a month long pop up in Tilgate Park!

Grab your picnic and get ready for a day of non stop fun!

About Tilgate Park

Tilgate Park is the largest and most popular park in the Crawley area. Its located in Tilgate which is in the south of Crawley.

Tilgate Park has loads of fun activities on offer, there are gorgeous gardens, tree trails and winding walks that let you explore the park. Make sure you check out the history of Tilgate park here, it has a super exciting past that not many people know of!

Globetrotters Golf was born in 2021 by Nick and he had a vision of creating the South East’s next big competitive leisure brand.

Since Globetrotters began, our team focused on hosting their around the world themed 9-hole crazy golf course at a range of different social events, bringing the wonders of the world to you!

Our course is available for hire for weddings, festivals, and corporate events to add an exciting element of fun and competition to your event. We have also partnered with local hospitality venues which allow us to host our course at pubs, festivals, public parks and more!

Where to find us

Tilgate Park is situated only a few minutes from the town centre, about 40 minutes from Brighton and accessible from London by train, if you are looking for a day out in the countryside.

By Train: From both Crawley station and Three Bridges station it is a 30 minute walk or a five minute taxi ride.

By Bus: The route 2 bus goes to K2 and from there it is a 10 minute walk through the park.

Our mini golf course will be located by the walled garden, which is south of the main car park. We are open every day from Friday 29th July until Wednesday 24th August, from 10am – 6pm

Other fun activities to do on your visit

There are many fun activities to keep you busy all day within the park and there is something suitable for all age groups.

If you are feeling adventurous, there is an awesome Go Ape course, where you can explore the park amongst the tree tops on their high ropes course. There is a range of water sports that take part in the lake, including Kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. Hiring a bike gives visitors the opportunity to explore the park in a different way. For the runners amongst you, there is a 5k park run that takes place 9am every Saturday. And on the other side of the park there is also an 18 hole golf course for the more serious golfers🏌️‍♀️.

But the best activity of all is our around the world themed mini golf course, which will be open from 10am – 6pm every day between 29th July until 24th August.

What happened to the dog that played golf? His ball kept going into the ‘ruff’

We love meeting all your gorgeous four legged friends, and they may even get a mention on our ‘Dogs of Globetrotters’ section of our Instagram.

But Tilgate Park has a few rules to follow if you bring a furry friend on your visit. Dogs must remain on a lead at all times, dogs can’t go swimming in the lake, and dogs are not permitted in the walled garden area. This is to ensure that everyone has a paws-itively good day out!

There is lots of parking available and parts of the park have paved pathways making it wheelchair and pushchair accessible.

Tilgate is a super family friendly location, perfect for every age group, much like our mini golf course, so we know it’s going to be a hit!
