What have we been up to?
Brighton Fringe
Exciting events have been coming thick and fast so far in 2022! From 26th May – 4th June we organised an event in collaboration with Brighton Fringe Festival at Jubilee Square. We had a range of amazing bars, delicious food from street food vendors, a poppin’ DJ doing live sets every day and of course, we topped it all off with the crazy golf.
It was an absolute hit, serving summer vibes all round (despite the typical British weather not being on our side every day).
South of England Show, Ardingly
The next place we graced with our fabulous crazy golf course was The South of England Show. For those of you who haven’t visited the show before, it is predominantly based around farming, livestock shows and fresh produce stands. The agricultural show runs every year and has done since 1967, but for the first time in its history, the visitors had the opportunity to play crazy golf!
For 3 days in the mid-June sun, the people of The South of England Show flocked (if you’ll pardon the sheep-related pun) onto our mini golf course, and everyone had a brilliant weekend. Don’t worry if you missed these events, keep an eye out for us there next year! 😉
Where are we next and what can you expect?
The next place that you can catch us for a round of mini golf is at Missing Link Brewery, which is just outside of West Hoathly. Alongside our pop up 9 hole mini golf course, there is a steady flow of craft beers supplied by Missing Link, including some of our favourites ‘Baboon‘ the Double IPA, ‘Orangutan’ IPA and ‘Howler’ Pilsner. To accompany this award winning combination is some banging street food options that change every weekend and vary from tacos to bao buns to pizza, perfectly complimenting our journey round the globe.
This event is one to be enjoyed by everyone. Missing Link is the perfect place to bring friends and families together. There is something for all to partake in during their trip, whether that is sample craft beers or thrash your friends at mini golf. Our 9 hole mini golf course is the best social activity for all to get involved in and enjoy, one where the golf pro’s and novices can have a laugh whilst navigating their way around the world. Securing a place on our leaderboard is optional but the pride is unmatched😉.
The event will run from 1st July until 24th July and is open to anyone looking to find something new in the local area. To ensure that you can start at the time you wish, there is a booking page on our website which will allow you to secure your groups time, and avoid having to wait on the day.
There is no age restrictions on the event, both Missing Link and Globetrotters welcome pundits of any age, making it a great spot for the weekends. The golf is going to be open Fridays: 3pm – 8pm, Saturdays: 11am – 8pm and Sundays: 11am – 6pm. There will be ample opportunity for our younger globetrotters to enjoy the golf and other garden games we have on offer before the beers start flowing amongst the older customers.
Feeling competitive!?
On the last weekend of the pop up at Missing Link Brewery we are going to be holding a tournament! The first edition of the Globetrotters Open. We’re looking for teams of 4 to battle it out on the course for the chance to win some big prizes.
On 23rd & 24th July you and three family members have the chance to win big in our competition. Any team of four including four friends or a group of two adults and two children can take part.
The prizes include:
- A FREE round of golf for 4 people at our next event, at Tilgate Park in Crawley
- A load of Globetrotters and Missing Link Merch
- A stack of Missing Link Beer Cans
- A £50 food voucher to be redeemed at any of the food trucks at Missing Link

Globetrotters
Globetrotters was started in 2021 by Nick (a crazy golf geek!), with the mission of creating the South East’s next big competitive leisure brand.
Since Globetrotters began, the team became focused on hosting their adventurous 9-hole crazy golf course at a range of different social events. You can hire the Globetrotters course for weddings, festivals, and corporate events to add an exciting element of fun and competition to your event. We have also partnered with local hospitality venues which allow us to host our course at pubs, festivals, public parks and more!
Our journey is all about providing a fun, social environment that can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages and abilities. We are partnered with a range of caterers which offer unique cuisines to help us narrate our journey around the world.

About Missing Link Brewery
Missing Link Brewery is an established micro brewery in the heart of the Sussex country side, and post lockdown they opened the taproom, which was a roaring success. They brew some of the finest craft beers including NEPAs, Pale Ales and IPAs in the Sussex area, so if you are a beer lover, this is the place to go.
This is craft brewing at its absolute best. They brew all beers on site using the best quality hops and yeasts and specialist brewing techniques to achieve their consistently top quality beers.
The taproom and brewery is based on 360 acres of farm and woodland in Sussex and the owners are very aware of climate change, and the effects that the production of their craft beers potentially has on the environment. They do a fabulous effort in being as eco friendly as possible, and in order to offset the carbon emissions that they produce when making the beers, they work in conjunction with the farm. Food and drinks will be supplied by our partners at this event, Missing Link Brewery and the range of street food pop ups, including Ditch Brisket, Grilling Greek, Ox Burger, Italy on Wheels and many more, meaning there is something for everyone!
